The Company claimed (May 23) the problems are all because of improper installation or use of the product. My experience is the product has been solid, but claims of backdoor local entry specifically via Teamviewer seem to be rising this Spring. Has Teamviewer been hacked or not? That is an important question for all users of the super-convenient remote desktop system to consider because account information, computer names, and more are housed on the company's servers.
